There are two things which really float Sookie's boat. One, and the ultimate thrill, PEANUT BUTTER. Second, and not that far behind the first, we are talking a millisecond, POPCORN. A movie night, streaming a mediocre horror called 11-11-11, that's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back, John was on microwave duty. The ears prick up as soon as that corn starts popping! Then the whining and the up on the sofa, down on the floor routine starts. The pleading eyes and the puppy dog ears and you know that dog is saying PLEASE! When these tactics fail, a gentle nudge in the spine sometimes works ....
Taken with the flash on Meg's iPhone! Enjoy!

Di,
ReplyDeleteThis picture is absolutely riotous, lol. My question here is, have you ever given lil’ Sookie a peanut butter and popcorn ball? - gary
Ha!! Such a funny one!! Love the Orphan Annie Eyes!! We do popcorn a few times a week, and BooBoo always gets her few pops from her Pop.

Hello Di
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious to see you dog on the couch, expecting popcorn. Our previous dog loved popcorn but Spice Girl is not fussy about it. It's like she is doing us a favour if she takes it.
A great amusing post
